This includes a number of helpful tools such as bodyweight workouts, guided breathing and meditation sessions, mindset tool and recipes.
We use a number of gamification strategies to keep users engaged with points for various activities going into team & individual leaderboards.
A key element of resilience is social connection - hence, we have a social feed that allows users to support each other on their journey.
What gets measured, gets managed. We provide aggregated, de-identified reports on pre and post resilience and mental wellbeing measures.
