Carly's approach uses a combination of Japanese Psychology, ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) and Stoic philosophy with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.
Her role is to give you the support and the tools you need to close the gap between who you are now and who you are capable of being. With a clearly defined purpose and set of virtues, the challenges of life become much more manageable.
